Longton Cake Plate by Mottahedeh

Mottahedeh’s creamware features the “delightful rococo forms” and crisp strawberry leaf design which Longton Hall, the first porcelain factory in Staffordshire, England, produced between 1754 and 1757. This plate is a unique serving piece and also can be used as a service plate. The original relief is believed to be derived from a silver plate.
