Hartland Cakeplate Dome – Large by Simon Pearce

Made by two master glassblowers working in tandem the globe and its stem shaped together this handblown dome turns whatever sits beneath it into the centerpiece: a layer cake, a fruit tart, or a cheese board it protects from curious hands and outdoor pests alike. At 11 inches across it covers most standard cakes and pairs exactly with the Hartland Cakeplate, a duo that’s become one of our most-registered kitchen pieces. Between gatherings it earns countertop space keeping banana bread and pastries fresh. Hand-wash in warm water with mild soap. A showstopper wedding or hostess gift on its own or with the plate we’re happy to gift wrap either.
